The price of the inventory includes a PDF copy, which is emailed to you within 48 hours. The inventory will include photographs to support the condition report. No VAT.
The prices are for Monday to Friday appointments. Saturdays incur an additional £45 and Sundays £65.
If the property location requires the use of a car park costing £4 or more, this cost may be added to the invoice.
A paper copy of the inventory can be posted to you but attracts a fee of £15.
We can supply a copy of the original inventory photographs (full size from a DSLR) on a DVD. Could be useful in the future if you wish to zoom into the photo to clarify something). This can be posted to you for £10.

The inventory price includes the bedrooms, two reception rooms, WC, bathroom, kitchen, garage & garden. Ensuite bathrooms, conservatories, utility rooms, etc., will incur an additional £12 per room. Check In/Out prices increase by £7 per room. No VAT.

If your property has larger than average rooms (containing lots of items), or is furnished as a holiday let (with crockery, cutlery, linen, etc.), a higher fee may apply. Please call to clarify.
